Villavalla scarves are woven from high quality Finnish sheep wool.The weaving uses natural shades of sheep wool, which are created without chemical dyeing. The warp of the weaving machine is GOTS-certified (Global Organic Textile Standard) organic wool.

Any person making orders in the web shop must be at least 18 years of age and he/she must hold a permanent delivery address within the delivery area of the web shop. For example, mail box addresses, hotels and other similar temporary addresses are not regarded as permanent addresses.
Prices are in euro and they include Finnish tax 24% (VAT). Postage and handling will be added automatically in all orders. We deliver via Priority mail. Orders are sent via Posti with tracking information.

Delivery time to Finland is 4-7 business days. Delivery time abroad depends of the destination country. We will notify you of any delays immediately after ordering.
We will not be liable for any delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect inconvenience caused by the delays. The online store informs about different delivery times on its website.
If you are not fully satisfied with our order, you may return purchased products within 14 days from the date on which you received them. The returned products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging.

After we have received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, we will return the sum of the order. We will process the refund using the payment method you used for your original payment.
Unfortunately, the cost of delivery cannot be refunded. We will refund delivery and return costs only if the product we have sent is incorrect or faulty.
